Burke County is requesting Bids for the Burke Business Park Water & Sewer Extensions Project:

Part 1: City of Morganton Water Main Extension (Golden Leaf Foundation)

Part 2: City of Morganton Sewer Main Extension (NC Department of Commerce Industrial Development Fund)

The Project includes 340 LF of 16" DIP water main, 1,540 LF of 12" DIP water main, 1,476 LF of 8" gravity sewer, and appurtenances.

Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $850,000. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days.
