PUBLIC NOTICE
The Burke County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting at 6:00 PM on October 11, 2022, in the Commissioners Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following matters:
SUP 2022-14 (Burt Maki, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to establish and operate a single-family dwelling in the Lake/River Overlay as a Dedicated Short-Term Rental at 6491 South Shore Drive (PIN # 1743977191) of Burke County.
SUP 2022-15 (Matt Bartholf, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to establish and operate a single-family dwelling in the Lake/River Overlay as a Dedicated Short-Term Rental at 6091 Holiday Shores Avenue (PIN # 1743963251) of Burke County.
SUP 2022-16 (Margaret Black, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to establish and operate a single-family dwelling in the Lake/River Overlay as a Dedicated Short-Term Rental at 2226 Mallard Cove Drive (PIN # 1743877720) of Burke County.
SUP 2022-17 (Terry Donnell, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to construct a 3,200 square foot accessory structure on property addressed as 199 Crestwood Avenue (PIN # 1792454719) of Burke County.
VAR 2022-02 (Ken Anderson & Lynn Withers, Applicants) Request for a variance from setback requirements for the placement of an accessory garage at 3210 NC 18 South (PIN # 2712629312) of Burke County.
