NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOVEMBER 16, 2021 – 6:00 PM
The Burke County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on November 16, 2021 in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room/County Services Building, 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following zoning matter:
ZMA 2021-11 Olivia Black Byrd, applicant, a request to rezone a 32.25-acre portion of one parcel totaling 54.25-acres (REID# 29023) from Industrial (IND) to the Residential Three (R-3) District. The property is vacant and located approximately 288 feet south of Jamestown Road in the Silver Creek Township.
