PUBLIC NOTICE
The Burke County Planning Board will hold public hearings at 5:30 p.m. on September 23, 2021, in the Commissioners Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following matter:
ZMA 2021-11 Olivia Black Byrd, applicant, a request to rezone a 32.25-acre portion of one parcel totaling 54.25-acres (REID# 29023) from Industrial (IND) to the Residential Three (R-3) District. The property is vacant and located 288 feet south of Jamestown Rd. in the Silver Creek Township.
