Burke County citizens are cordially invited to share their animal shelter wish lists with consultant, Michael Barnard, President of Shelter Planners of America (SPOA) on Thursday, Aug. 22 at 6 p.m. The event will be held at the Foothills Higher Education Center (lower entrance), 2128 S. Sterling Street in Morganton. Mr. Barnard will make a short presentation and then open up the session for questions and comments from the public.
