PUBLIC NOTICE
The Burke County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting at 6:00 PM on June 8, 2021 in the Commissioners Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following matters:
SUP 2021-09 (JCM Properties of Caldwell LLC, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to establish and develop a manufactured home park, as to consist of potentially sixteen (16) total manufactured home spaces, to be completed in three (3) development phases at 1395 McGee Street (PIN # 1775844169) of Burke County.
SUP 2021-10 (Bobby Stewart, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to construct a 2,400 square foot accessory structure for residential storage at 3757 Laurel Heights Drive (PIN # 2722029800) of Burke County.
SUP 2021-11 (Jeffrey Smith, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to construct a 24x48 (1,152 square foot) accessory structure for residential storage at 7039 Old Laurel Road (PIN # 2659876729) of Burke County.
