We are encouraging anyone 16 and over to take the COVID vaccine to help reduce the spread of the COVID virus within our community as we move forward.

All adults 16 and older are eligible for the COVID vaccinations. Burke County is offering two community clinics with lots of appointment slots still available. The clinics will be on Thursday, April 15 and Saturday, April 17. If you would like to make an appointment you can call 828-358-4454 or schedule online at www.chsbr.org/vaccine

Even though you receive the COVID-19 vaccine, you will still need to practice the 3 W’s prevention for a while until more people receive the vaccine.
