PUBLIC NOTICE
The Burke County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting at 6:00 PM on January 12, 2021 in the Commissioners Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following matters:
SUP 2021-01 (Icard Township Fire/Rescue, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to Public Services-Satellite Fire Station at 3519 Miller Bridge Road, located at the intersection of Miller Bridge Road and Old NC 10 (PIN # 2762756361) of Burke County.
SUP 2021-02 (Christian Hall, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to develop and establish a Special Events Grounds at 5536 NC 126 (PIN # 1745289242) of Burke County.
SUP 2021-03 (S & S Barns, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to construct a 40x60 (2,400 square foot) accessory structure for personal storage at 1711 North Green Street (PIN # 1784636969) of Burke County.
