PUBLIC NOTICE
The Burke County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting at 6:00 PM on September 8, 2020 in the Commissioners Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following matters:
SUP 2020-14 (Danny Emory, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to construct a 30x60 foot accessory structure for residential storage on a vacant parcel at 2012 Old Homeplace Road (PIN # 2773088595) of Burke County.
SUP 2020-15 (Justin & Jordan Margo, Applicants) Request for a special use permit to construct multiple accessory structures, to include a 62x41 foot accessory structure along with a 24x46 foot accessory/carport structure on a vacant parcel totaling 241.39 acres, addressed as 936 Hopewell Road (PIN # 1782653677) of Burke County.
SUP 2020-16 (Molten Ollis, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to construct a 50x25 foot accessory structure for residential storage at 1511 McGee Street (PIN # 1775856141) of Burke County.
SUP 2020-17 (Jimmy White Jr., Applicant) Request for a special use permit to construct a 30x60 foot accessory structure for residential storage at 3969 Miller Bridge Road (PIN # 2762510299) of Burke County.
SUP 2020-18 (Justion Moseley, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to construct a 40x84 foot accessory structure for residential storage on a vacant parcel at 150 Pony Street (PIN # 1792837349) of Burke County.
