BURKE COUNTY - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Burke County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may be heard on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 in the Commissioners' Meeting Room, Burke Co. Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following zoning matter:
ZMA 2019-01: Applicant Mike Cioffoletti – A request to rezone one (1) parcel of land consisting of 0.46 acre at 2971 NC 181 in Morganton from the Residential Three (R-3) Zoning District to the General Business (G-B) Zoning District (PIN# 1785048960), Quaker Meadows Township.
Prior to the public hearing, questions about the rezoning may be directed to the Burke County Community Development at (828) 764-9030. In accordance with ADA regulations, persons in need of an accommodation to participate in the meetings should notify the County Manager's office at (828) 764-9350 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.
