NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Burke County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 17, 2019 in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). During the hearing, the Commissioners will take public comment regarding the following matter:
ZMA 2019-09 - A request to rezone a two (2) acre portion of one (1) parcel of land, currently split zoned, totaling 5.74 acres from Residential One (R-1) / Residential Two (R-2) to General Business Conditional District (GB-CD) (PIN# 2713833337). Alan Whisnant is the applicant.
