The Burke County Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting at 5:30 PM on December 5, 2019 in the Commissioners Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following matter:
ZMA 2019-10 – Applicant Robert Parker - A request to rezone a two (2) acre portion of one (1) parcel of land totaling 11.35 acres from the Residential Three (R-3) to the General Business (G-B) District. (PIN# 2773632359)
